 How to make Pani Popo

Making:Pani Popo


Ingredients:

  1. 20 frozen dinner rolls

  2. 10 oz.coconut milk

  3. 1c.sugar


Instructions:

  1. Coat a 9x13  glass baking dish with cooking spray and arrange rolls evenly to thaw.

  2. Cover the plastic wrap sprayed with cooking spray.

  3. Allow to rise until doubled in size.This can take 4-5 hours.If you need the rolls to thaw quick-rise instructions on the frozen roll packaging.

  4. Preheat the oven to 350-degrees.

  5. In a bowl combine milk and sugar.Whisk until sugar is dissolved.

  6. Pour about ⅔ of coconut mixture over all the rolls and bake for 20-30 minutes.

  7. Remove from the oven and pour remaining coconut mixture over the top of the rolls.

  8. The rolls should be sticky and gooey on the bottom.Can be served upside-down or right-side up.

  9. Enjoy 

Review:I think it’s sweet, a little crunchy and soft.It looks delicious.The pan popo looks so yummy.This is my first time making Pani Popo aso I don't know what it tastes like but it sounds great.Coconut water is yum so I bet you don’t how coconut milk tastes like.It tastes delicious.
